Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

and for our employees and suppliers:
- Payment of salary or invoices
We also receive your personal information from the HR departments of the companies that you work with in relation to the EIIL workshop programme.
In some cases, we get personal information from peer contacts for use in the EIIL conference, Next-Ex or Ind-Ex programmes.
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you in relation to the EIIL workshop programme, EIIL alumni events, EIIL Ind-Ex and Next-Ex and the EIIL conference programme.
The data that you share is not shared with any other organisation, in the EU or outside the EU.

We keep your contact details for a period of 10 years after the completion of the workshop, EntEx, NextEx programme or conference. At the end of the 10 years, the data is deleted securely.
