Objective

One of the principle capabilities of the future industrial leader will be his or her ability to communicate effectively. Introducing the ‘Communications Equation’ and a typical stakeholder map, this EIIL Masterclass ™ workshop explains the planning and development of a communications strategy and the targeting of key messages to each of the stakeholder groups.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed to meet the needs of engineers and technologists with seven to twelve years of post-graduate industrial experience and some early supervisory experience, including those in project management roles.

The workshop will also benefit managers from other disciplines who need to develop and deliver, or simply to better understand, effective communications strategies to multiple stakeholder groups.

The workshop will be conducted in English. A good working knowledge of English is a pre-requisite to effective participation in this EIIL Masterclass™ workshop.
