Objective
The ability to develop and present a clear and easily communicated business plan or investment / project proposal is a key requirement for those wanting to progress in any growing organisation. Understanding how different stakeholders look at Business Plans and on what basis they choose to invest (their time, money or other resources) is therefore essential.
This two day workshop looks at the key stakeholders in the business planning process, and at what essential characteristics help to make a business plan successful, and appealing to those key stakeholders.

Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of engineers and technologists with five to eight years of post-graduate industrial experience and some ear- ly supervisory experience, including those in project management roles.
The workshop will also benefit managers from other disciplines who need to develop and present business plans or investment proposals to either in-house or external stakeholders.
The workshop will be conducted in English. A good working knowledge of English is a pre-requisite to effective participation in this EIIL Masterclass™ workshop.
