Objective
Any growth strategy relies on partnerships within the Value Chain. This EIIL Masterclass ™ workshop explores a wide range of partnerships, such as alliances, joint ventures, distributors and agents, the supply of ‘non-core’ service activities, development partnerships, supply partnerships and consortia of complementary competencies.
As well as gaining an appreciation of the strategic value (potential and actual) of the partnerships studied, participants will seek to identify the characteristics and good practices which are common to those which are most successful.
Key Benefits
Participants will be required to develop a guide to effective collaborative working to support growth within their business.
By extracting first-hand experience from senior industry leaders actively operating partnerships throughout the value chain, the guide will provide valuable insights into what to do and what not do to help make a successful business partnership.
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of engineers and technologists with five to eight years of post-graduate industrial experience and some ear- ly supervisory experience, including those in project management roles.
