A programme of entrepreneurship skills summer schools for 18-30 year olds. Providing the EIIL with further insights into Generation C, and providing members’ own recent recruits with useful intra-preneurial skills, as well as a novel recruitment opportunity.

EIIL research into ‘Industry 4.0 and the impact on talent in our industry’ highlighted young technical professionals as a population increasingly requiring entrepreneurial skills.

Young professionals need to drive their own careers and gain experience more quickly than ever before. Technological, societal, and other workplace changes, mean new skills are needed to do this effectively and to realise their potential.
