Industrial Marketing is introduced as an essential component within the business strategy process with an emphasis on proposing realistic, well planned business models and valuations.
Through interactions with experienced senior industry practitioners participants will identify good practices in the use Industrial Marketing to creatively analyse market opportunities, devise suitable segmentations and business models to access valuable growth.
By the end of this EIIL Masterclass™ workshop, participants will have developed their own personal guide to analysing market opportunities and converting these to business proposals.
Participants will have an appreciation of the tools used in an industrial marketing process and how they can be used to develop and refine business strategies.
Time will be given for participants to reflect on the way their roles are impacted by marketing and how they can impact marketing within their organization.
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of engineers and technologists with five to eight years of post-graduate industrial experience and some ear- ly supervisory experience, including those in project management roles.
The workshop will also benefit managers from other disciplines interested in building upon their understanding of marketing, or who need to contribute to a marketing planning process.
The workshop will be conducted in English. A good working knowledge of English is a pre-requisite to effective participation in this EIIL Masterclass™ workshop.
