The EIIL Core Faculty comprises both subject matter experts and experts in the masterclass learning process. The Core Faculty is supplemented every year by more than fifty Guest Faculty from around twenty-five companies, who all share their experiences freely on EIIL development and research workshops because they share the vision and values of the Institute. The EIIL network can also draw on more than 800 alumni, middle and senior managers in companies around the world, and increasingly these are returning as support coaches on the various programmes.
